The IHSS 2014 Secretariat will book accommodation on your behalf at the below hotel.

The prices are per room, per night quoted in Euro (EUR), inclusive of all taxes and buffet breakfast

If you require accommodation before Sunday 31^st August 2014 and after Saturday 6^th September 2014, email the Secretariat by mentioning the additional nights you want to book.

If you unable to book accommodation due to no availability, please contact the secretariat first, as we will be able to contact the hotel to arrange a room for you.

Payment

Payment must accompany your registration and hotel accommodation. Conference registration and hotel booking cannot be confirmed until payment is received. Once your registration has been processed, a receipt in the form of a tax invoice will be emailed to you.

Credit card payments will appear as 'Fairways-G. Exarchos & Co' on your credit card statement. If you are making a credit card payment from a country outside Greece, for security reasons you must first advise your banking institution of the impending charge and authorize them to allow the charge from Greece to go through. Allow up to 48 hours (this is due to the time difference between our countries). A tax invoice will be issued once payment is approved. Credit cards will be charged in Euro currency
